Yo people , im back from Langkawi . Actually since sunday afternoon .
Where should i start (?!) Langkawi ? Dance ?
On monday , we had the last session before i went off . But before that Rab & I went to tuition first , in the end we came late for session . Superduper latee ):
We head home at 10pm .
Next morning , i started packing my stuff for the trip to Langkawi .
Surprisingly , i packed my stuff for less than an hour . Usually i will take around 2hours to pack (:
At 1pm, cab-ed to Budget Terminal . Sorry i told the wrong terminal to yguys (Elly , Adam , Rab , Saiful) It was my first time going Budget Terminal too ! It was superduper budget comparing to the other terminals . Boarded at 2.35pm , flight was at 3pm .
In the airplane , it was so cramped (budget whaat ?!) . While waiting for take off , i msged all my beloved friends , BSC , Dome fam & Banana Girls :D
During the journey , i dance alil due to limited space . The guy seated beside me may think im crazy . Heck care !
Reached Langkawi Airport , rent a car and head to the Hotel , Bella Vista .
The Hotel is located along the shore , and it looks like a "Castle" from outside .
First night , we head to Town area - Night market . We had Ikan Bakar for dinner and lots of new dishes (: I'll give a 10/10 for .
Wake up the next day for breakfast , head to Geopark Langkawi Cable Car .
At first we went there , it was close due to the windy weather . then we walked at the shops there , bought souvenirs . I didn't know , Malaysian Mats were so kpoo !
We went to the Mini Animal farm , the animals were free to move anywhere .
That scares me alooot !
After 2hours of looking around , finally the Cable Car opened . We were the first ones to take , so happy . At first the cabin was swaying from left to right because the friction against the wind .
Up up up and awaay . Damn steep lah siaaa .
It was super cold up the mountains , we to the Suspension bridge .
When ylook down , it was like as if there's nothing supporting the bridge .
We climbed the stairs up , loong way up . Everybody were panting half way up .
Otw back , we wonder how are we going to survive if the rope of the cable car just snapped (?!)
Firstly , i will freak out . Secondly , i will protect my head . Thirdly , i will scream for help if i survived . Thats it .
Butbut , we returned to the entrance safely . Then we drove up to Telaga Tujuh .
The waterfall was superduper cooling and its a nice place to think , clear your thoughts .
Many ppl were swimming and relaxing their feet there .
The breeze up there is just awesome (: Then only my sibs and I went up while my parents were resting . We went to the source of the waterfall , which ycant find anywhere in Singapore .
Then we went to the Black sand beach .
Head back to hotel and freshen up , went out for dinner .
Everybody was tired , head back to hotel and had a goodnight sleep (:
The next morning (third day) , had breakfast and walked around the hotel , took pictures along the shore . We had to wait for my dad to come back from friday prayer so at 2pm , we head to the places if interests . We had a map with us . So cooool :D
We went to Underwater world . Definitely bigger than Singapore's . More variety of fishes/reptiles/birds/corals .
Then we surveyed the water sports nearby but it wasn't that safe .
In the end we went to the Burnt field rice . Aloot of round-a-bouts . It was a disappointed going there actually .
When we reached the place , there's only a patch of rice field growing and the soil were really black . We were expecting moree , and also the house beside it owns the it . It doesn't make sense at all /:
At night , we did alil shopping . I bought a pair of Nike shoes :D
We went to this Tourism Carnival , and had our dinner there . & this Mat malaysia called me Cik Adik (!!!) Oh my god , nobody ever calls me that . Dumb ass !
Head back to hotel and watched movies .
Fourth day stay at Langkawi , i wished it wouldn't end .
We had to wake up early and a quick breakfast , then drove to the Jetty .
The activity was Island-hopping . superduper funnn :D
I enjoyed the breeze and the scenery of the mountains/sea/lakes .
I really dont want to leave the place if can . I went for a dip in the sea at Pulau beras basah .
After that , went to Pulau Singa besar where all the Eagles are being fed .
A person threw afew chicken skin in to the lake and whooosssh , all the eagles flew down to get the food . Superduper coool ! & they were like flocks of them .
Last island we went was the "Lake of pregnant maiden" . There's a story behind it so check it out yourself (:
We paddled a mini boat in the lake , and there's a moment where my boat was stuck .
I freaked out like shit . At last i managed to get out . Phew !
Overall , Island-hopping was Funfunfun & a greaat experience :D
Back to the hotel and freshen up , went to Eagle Square where there's a huge statue of an Eagle.
Snapped pictures , and my dad almost wanna _____ ! Crazy .
Then we had more shopping at the largest shopping mall there . Bought the stuffs that we wanted last minute . At night , packed alil so that the next morning would be easier to pack .
The next day , checked out early , head to 2places before going to the Airport .
First , we went to Durian waterfall , had to climb real rocks just to go up there . Coool !
Bought last minutes souvenirs and head to Air Hangat .
The water there is naturally warm . The heat comes of the core of the earth .
Ycant find all these places at Singapore and its really a wonderful holiday going there (:
Drove to the aiport , and spent the balance cash till nothing . I felt sad leaving the place butbut Home is a much better place to be . Plus , i miss my Bgirls , BSC , Dome fam & awaaak ):
Reached Changi Airport , we had ushered by our relatives to Home Sweet Home .
It was really sweet of them . The first thing when we reached home was dinner :D
Luckily , my beloved grandmother cooked alot of dishes for us , she knew we were hungry !
and yess , i texted all my friends to meet up soon !
Thats the update for my Trip to Langkawi . Practically , there's a history about the Island itself .
About this girl being killed but she was innocent and the island was cursed because of her , blaaaah . Its for yguys to find out (:
