Fourth Day stay at Penang/Cameron Highland.
It was 8am, showered and changed to travel clothes.
Last minute pack stuff into travel bag and went down to the lobby.
Grab a bite(still the breakfast was the same) . and walked around the hotel with my cousins.
At about 10am, my another relative from Penang(beside the island actually), came and surprise us at our suites.
He was inside when we arrived in back from our Breakfast.
So, my dad chatted/laughed/crapped with him for awhile while the rest was busy packing.
At about noon, we decided to went to his house which is another one and a half hour journey from the hotel to his place.
Therefore, the other 2families went straight ahead to Cameron Highland.
We took a so-called big ship where all cars and motorcycles could go in and brought us to the other side of Penang Bridge. (instead of using Penang bridge, we took the so-called big ship)
After one a half hour ride to his place, we finally reached and ate lunch there.
They just have a new born baby, so it was worth it going there.
So, now i know i got afew nephews and nieces at Penang :D
We stayed there about an hour and off we head for Cameron Highland ourselves.
It was our first time going someplace far by our own. (usually we have someone to bring us there)
Mind me, from the toe of the mountain to the tip, the journey is about one and a half hour.
That doesn't include the hotel we're staying. It took another half an hour to reach our Hotel.
The other 2 families were in the same hotel but our family stayed at another hotel.
Of course, we had a few stops at some mountains to get a good view and snap photos with it.
At about 6pm, we reached Century Pines Resort :D
After checking in, we went in our rooms and "kabaabooom!"
Everyone was lying on the floor/bed due to the winding roads.
Then the other 2families visited us at our rooms and waited for us to change and go for dinner.
Everyone there was wearing afew jackets on ! while i just wore a sweater?
We ate Steamboat and other dishes. Then after, we shopped for souvenirs again at the Night Market.
I bought myself a low-neck shirt printed Cameron Highland and 2wallets.
You wouldn't believe this but there Starbucks Coffee at the Cameron Highland.
So, we grab a drink and take away to our Hotels.
We reached the hotel back at 10pm-11pm. Watched some videos we took at Penang at my sister's lappy.
I slept early this time, at about 1am? & woke up at 9am that morning. (it doesn't make a difference if i sleep early)
Fifth Day of our Holiday stayed at Cameron Highland.
& its our last day of our Holiday ! We just stayed a night there while the others stayed 2nights.
We went for breakfast, this time there wasn't a wide range. So i took bread spread with butter.
After breakfast, headed back to our rooms, packed our stuffs & checked out.
Soon after, we met the other 2families at their hotel lobby and headed to the Cactus Farm & Strawberry Farm (pluck your own strawberries !) .
At the Cactus Farm, there were losta and losta and losta different types of flowers/plants/cactus. They got different coulours too :D It was a pretty farm with pretty flowers !
Then after an hour, we walked to the nearest Strawberry Farm.
You cant find the best strawberries anywhere in Singapore but there you can.
We tasted the fresh new strawberries and bought 3big packets of it plus the jam and the cake !
It looks really satisfying but when you eat it, its really a different feeling :D
Almost to 2pm, we said goodbye and headed off to home, Singapore.
When we stepped in car, i dozed off right away. When going down the winding roads, i vomitted twice !
At about 4pm, we reached Malacca. Its supper darn fast ! My dad was really going at 180 km/h at the expressway.
So, we did our last minute shopping at Al-ikhsan and headed of to Tuas Checkpoint.
Reached home at 10pm sharp. Unpacked our stuff and straight to bed :D
